Each bottle we make is done in micro batches in order to ensure maximum vibrancy and potency. We ship from New York City via USPS so for orders to the West Coast, Hawaii, and Alaska, please allow up to 8-12 business days for your order to arrive, unless you select an expedited shipping option.


In our efforts to minimize packaging materials that ultimately end up in the trash, we do our best to avoid any unnecessary materials. This is why we send our product without a “presentation box” and put all of the useful information of our product/s on the inside of our shipping box. For those even further inclined to help our impact on the environment, please select our Calendula Facial Steam Packaging option.


If you do select our Calendula Packaging option, your order will arrive atop a bed of dried calendula flowers from our farm in Burgundy instead of packaging filler. With this option your product/s is protected and you can use the Calendula for a facial steam in order to purify, soften and beautify, providing a more authentic Maison/Made beauty ritual. After use, please compost your used Calendula flowers.


Your options for shipments are as follows:

For USPS Select ground, there is a flat fee of $10 and you can expect delivery within 2-8 business days*

For USPS Priority Mail, there is a flat fee of $12 and you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days*

For International orders, there is a flat fee of $40. Delivery times will depend on your location and local customs rules and regulations.


*Shipping times are estimates and depend on the efficacy of the United States Postal Service.


We are a small, but dedicated, team and we do our absolute best to get all of our orders to you in the most timely fashion possible. Please note that orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out the following business day.


Returns & Exchanges


Of course we hope that you enjoy your purchase and find delight in the use of our product/s. However, in the case that you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us and let us know your source of discontent so we can do whatever is necessary for you to have the true Maison/Made experience. If, for whatever reason, you feel you would like to return or exchange our item/s, please see the information below to process a return.


All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Please reach out to us at explaining why you would like to return the item/s and we will work with you to facilitate your exact needs, and send you the instructions for the processing of your return if necessary.



After we receive the returned item we will process your return. Please allow 7 days for us to issue your refund, where you can either choose to receive store credit or have the credit issued to your original payment method, less a $10 administrative fee.
