We process orders between 24 and 48 hours after purchase date, excluding weekends. Depending on the shipping method chosen, your order should arrive within 5 business days of the date of purchase. We prepare and ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays.
With every purchase we tuck in complimentary deluxe samples that compliment the product/s that you purchase to provide you with the complete Maison/Made Biodynamic®Skincare ritual.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
As we take immense care and attention to detail for each and every bottle that leaves our studio, we are unfortunately unable to offer the same kind of return policies that may be expected of larger, mass-market brands.
Currently we can only offer refunds or exchanges for orders that contain damaged goods. If this happens with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1 917 745 5032 within 7 days of receipt of your order for further instructions. We do not accept returns, and all purchases for discounted items (inclusive of orders utilizing promotional and/or discount codes) are final.
Please email email@example.com with your order details, images of the damaged goods, and depending on the circumstances we may either refund or replace the goods per your preference. Returns will not be accepted.
Are your products organic?
Yes, a biodynamic product is inherently organic. In fact, organic is the base standard for any biodynamic product.
What does 3rd party tested & validated mean?
It means that for every batch of product that is produced in our studio, samples are sent to a third party laboratory for standard safety testing, efficacy, and skin compatibility.
How do I incorporate EdM Rejuvenating Facial Oil in my routine?
We recommend keeping a simple regimen. Cleanse your face, neck and décolletage, mist and gently massage one of the hydrosols and while the skin is still damp, apply 3 or more drops of the biodynamic rejuvenating facial oil, and massage with upward, outward movements. You can seal the ritual with a couple of spritz of the same or a different hydrosol. You can also mix it with or apply it after a water-based moisturizer or serum that will provide humectants and hydration and other compounds that are not of lipid nature but are also important for skin health and beauty. Remember to apply sunscreen daily.
Are your products or ingredients tested on animals?
We would never test any of our creations on animals. Also, none of our ingredients are tested on animals either. No material and/or ingredient of Biodynamic® source can ever be tested on animals.
Are your products vegan?
How do I store the skincare products?
We suggest you keep them upright in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight (ideally light of any kind) and extreme temperatures. Refrigeration is a great option to keep them fresh and vibrant.
What is the shelf life of the Maison Collection products?
To benefit from the freshness of our Biodynamic® ingredients, we recommend all of our products to be used promptly after purchase. Think of any beauty product like food for the skin, the fresher it is, the more abundant the benefits.
While our products from the Maison Collection have a shelf life of a minimum 12 months, we recommend to use them within 6 months after opening to benefit from their flourishing, vibrant energies.
